Hello Neighbors:

David Sterling is collecting names of residents that
are interested in putting in back-flow prevention
valves (BFPV) in their homes.  If you were affected by
the recent flooding and are interested in taking
advantage of the city’s $500 per household program to
cover some of the installation costs of a BFPV, please
contact him immediately. David wants to negotiate a
volume discount with a plumber so that everyone can
save on the installation costs.
