What's been going on ?

These links describe projects and activities that some of the "farmers" are involved with outside of the radio farm activities.

• Jamboree-On-The-Air 1995 Some of the "farmers" have been involved with the local Boy Scout Council's JOTA event. This year its taking place at the local boy scout camp.
• AMSAT Phase III D satellite's GPS experiment Some of us are involved with development of a GPS receiver to be flown on the next major AMSAT satellite.
• Linn County, Iowa Tower Ordinance Some of the folks involved with "the farm" have invested a major portion of their lives over the last couple of years to get some sanity incorporated into this new ordinance.
• Local packet radio projects in the last year have included an internet/packet gateway as well as the introduction of some 56 kilobaud links.
