monitoring radio communication with ISS/soviet systems

I don't have the capability to monitor any signals from space, but for those
that do, perhaps the following website may come in handy? Some of the ISS
modules may still use the russian radio communication systems:
http://www.svengrahn.pp.se/radioind/mirradio/mirradio.htm and I am wondering
if any transmission can be copied from the ground that that is intended for
ISS/moscow transmission.
