    CommIT Enterprises Inc. is seeking an individual with TS/SCI clearance
and In-depth understanding of RF signaling traffic involved in the set-up,
tear-down, and management of cellular telephone calls in commonly used
protocols.
BSEE or BSCS Degree or similar experience  technical fields related to the
above is required.   Must have general understanding of RF  communications
to
include:
*   Antennas and RF propagation
*   Modulation techniques to include spread spectrum communications
*   Multiple access methods used in modern cellular communications (FDMA,
TDMA, CDMA)
*   General RF theory
Desirable Quals:
*   General understanding of government acquisition procedures
*   Familiarity with military operations
