    Mneumonics, Inc, a system engineering and manufacturing firm
headquartered in Melbourne, FL is seeking an experienced mid-level Systems
Engineer to
assist with  Signals Test Range ongoing Requirements Management efforts and
with
study/engineering analysis of RF engineering issues.  Primary work location
is
in Stafford, Virginia.
    Principally, incumbent will be responsible for the daily monitoring,
receipt, tracking, coordinating and drafting of appropriate responses to
RFCs
issued by sponsoring organizations, as well as representing STR to external
organizations in various
requirements forums.  Additionally, incumbent will:  assist with thedesign,
development, review, release and maintenance of STR requirements
documentation;
lead and/or support selected Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to identify
enhancements to current systems capabilities; assist with the performance of
functional configuration audits;  provide Systems Engineering support to
ongoing STR
efforts as may be required.

Experience:
8 - 10 years of Systems Engineering related experience (RF engineering
experience desired)
Working knowledge of Requirements Management process
Understanding of Configuration Management process
Understanding of Measurement and Verification techniques
Familiarity with STR Sponsor Organization and Customer desired

Education:
B.S. Systems Engineering preferred.
Electrical Engineer or Software with Systems Engineering experience
acceptable.
Miscellaneous:
Possess TS/SI with Counter Intelligence Polygraph
Local travel and a willingness to conduct CONUS/OCONUS travel required
