Major Solar Flare

Yesterday, a class X-2 Major Solar flare was spotted on the Sun.
  
 X-class flares may disrupt RF conditions here on Earth.

See www.spaceweather.com for more details to the X-2 class, and a slightly smaller M-8 class flare spotted recently.
