Hi,
It was MSK which most likely is US or Canadian military. MSK is a NATO
modulation mode. Commercial is doubtful. It is on again tonight at
10:30 PM EST. Potential for roosting for the long term just waiting for
WWIII. On the other hand it may just be part of a 2 day excercise. If
it is military they probably won't say anything.
