[Lf] additions to the /6 antenna

Hal,

I don't hear the /6 beacon.  Is the new ground screen upsetting the 
tuning too much?  I am ready to tweak as needed.

We all may be in trouble with a new strong MSK signal at 137.000 that is 
going to spoil any weak signal work.  Just saw it tonight..
