David,
I had heard they would be on 25.4. A new station would first appear to be
from the TACAMO if between 25 and 30 kHz and quite strong. Since it
stayed around though it must be something else. It looks to be LaMoure as
it has been on for several days now. It has a peculiar 13.5 Hz keying
rate unlike any other MSK station.
