[Lf] 25.2 kHz

Due to a network problem, I have lost mailings from the last couple
days.  Just before that, it was noted there was a new station on 25.2
kHz which I conjectured to be the converted Omega station at LaMoure,
ND.  I have done some quick direction finding and the measurement was
roughly in agreement with the LaMoure hypothesis.
