[CRAPRS] N0CXX-5

I stopped by the station on the way home... but the stairs were blocked 
(fancy guard rails being put in)  and was unable to make it to the 
station... will try again this afternoon.

By the way, it appears that N0CXX-5 is not digipeating right now.  I see 
RF beacons of N0CXX-5 and the 146.745 repeater but looks like it hasn't 
digipeated anything in 2+days.
