Adding the weather data to the digipeater isn't going to overly complicate
anything, it is just one additional object packet transmitted every ~7.4
minutes.

I can see the reasoning for changing the weather station at -112 from
solely a CWOP station (EW0687 for those interested) to a APRS WX station
but I'm confused as to why an I-gate is *needed* at N0CXX?  There are
already two full-time I-gates and at least three others that can be pressed
into service in Linn county, spanning two ISPs and that's not counting
additional ones in range of K0HAM-9 and K0HAM-10.  I think you would be
better served by having the the ability to access the RF APRS network from
the computer(s) in -112 rather than implementing an I-gate.
