[CRAPRS] Dropped packets

I've been noticing my own tracker packets are not always heard for the last
couple of days. But this may be because propagation is so good it causes
the "hidden transmitter" problem. My digi has heard 335 stations over the
last 24 hours:

So the packet may be dropped because the digi is hearing another, distant
packet at the same time.

Oh, hello Tom. Let's try to meet on some repeater tonight, and see if we
can untangle this. If that's not convenient, I usually hang out on 443.8
MHz, 192.8 Hz tone. Give me a shout.

This kind of thing is exactly why we started this list. I'm glad we are
using it for it's intended purpose.
