Here's another possibility:  Let's make a schedule so I can listen to your
packets here in Marion.  I can watch what packets go by, and also
'earball' what the packet sounds like.  Maybe I could hear an issue from
here.  Possibilities might be noise, rf feedback, too much deviation,
too little deviation, carrier frequency, hum/alternator whine, the list
is endless.
