The fact that another digi heard you reenforces that there is nothing
wrong with your path.  Perhaps it's something simple, like maybe
your modulation may be just a bit strong.  The IC station handled it,
while CXX might be just a little pickier.  This is just a guess.  Try
backing down the modulation a tad, and let's see what happens.

Your path should be just fine.  W0CXX-5 will accept any path WIDE1-1 through 
WIDE3-3.  I just took a 
look and see only two packets from WE0F-5 in the findu history.  I checked 
NQ0V-9 in north Marion 
and it has been heard by W0CXX-5 12 times in the last 3 hours.  I don't think 
that you need to put 
W0CXX-5 in the path.  I would think that if there was a problem at -5 your 
WIDE1-1 should have been 
heard by K0QVF-2 in SW Cedar Rapids but it was not heard there either.
