[Lf] FAA denies vanity call request

It seems that Sioux City Iowa has the call sign of SUX.  An LF NDB is 
probably the only place the call sign is used on the air.  The call sign is 
probably used on luguage tags to mark it for Sioux City.

They asked the FAA to change their call sign and the FAA rejected their 
request.  Perhaps they should send their request to the FCC under the 
vanity call sign rules.

The call sign SUE suggests itself as "The City Named SUE" with a variation 
on a fine song by Johnny Cash.
