[Lf] Signal levels on 136

In HF and VHF work you often see noise figures that are adequate for
design for front ends and gain.  I don't seem to see such data for the
136 band.  Suggestions.  Of course these are antenna dependent.

As for the cave guy.  Of course these signals are down there and a
legitimate discussion topic.  Some suggestion that the much debated
HAARP demodulates in a non-linear ionosphere to give a LF sig that can
find caves.  The last mine disaster reportedly used GPS to position the
drill, but over what?  If the maps underground were that bad.
