[Lf] WA2XTF/6, WA2XTF/12 planned QSO

Ted (WA2XTF/12, Front Royal, VA) and myself (WA2XTF/6, Vienna, VA) are
planning to try a QSO this Monday afternoon.   Between now and then were
getting the stations ready.  I've installed Andre's Cubic receiver and a 1 
Ghz PC
running the usual DSP software for reception.  We will probably coordinate
on one of the local two meter repeaters until we can establish contact.
More when the schedule firms up.  This will be a first for us and
should provide interesting listening for those who have received our two
stations in the past.

What:  WA2XTF/12      136.745 Khz    Front Royal, Virginia
            WA2XTF/6        136.750 Khz    Vienna, Virginia (FM18)

(Its about 70 miles or 132 km between Front Royal and Vienna)

Mode:  Slow CW and QRSS

When: Probably about 1300 EST (1PM)  Monday, 27 May 2002

How:     We will probably be in beacon mode until about 1300.
              Example QRSS Text:  "VVV WA2XTF/6 long dash  short -pause" 
(repeat)
              We will return to beacon mode when we have finished and no 
later than 1400.
