[Lf] WA2XTF/6 beacon is back up

The WA2XTF/6 beacon is back on the air.   When it was turned on using high 
power
we noticed arcing to the grass that had grown up to the side of the antenna
match box. . Nothing serious but a few blades were lighted and produced some
smoke.  The antenna feed wire (ignition wire) is discolored
(slightly charred) for a length of about 2''.

Because of the potential fire hazard the beacon will remain on low power
until I can cut the grass flat in that area.  The potential fire hazard of 
LF is
an important point we must make in transmitter construction plans
and handbooks. .      Hal.
