Hello Bryan, hello Lowfers,

Nice to hear about Bryan's interest in LF and the 136kHz.

Bryan, if you move to Austria you can also operate on LF. There are a few  OE 
hams active on 136kHz (actually too few.. but at least one whom I have worked 
months ago). 
I don't know if LF operation in Austria requires a special license but I 
guess that all OE hams with shortwave licenses may operate on 136 kHz (same 
as in DL). And, as OE is CEPT member, you shouldn't have a problem to get a 
license to operate there.

He has a lot of links to other European LF'ers, possibly some information on 
LF operation in Austria as well.
