[Lf] LF Antenna issues

My original plan was to complete the antenna project and then post a list of
"nits", like lead spacing problems, etc. But just found that the LM317T
pin-out is reversed and figured I'd better go to press...

The hole pattern for R3 (10K) also appears to be  "flipped". My FAR power
supply board has a date of 03/05/01. It could be that a revision is already
out, but beware...

Also, the power supply box is RS-1807, if you want a 7X5X3 box.
