Bob,

Don't panic.  My QSTs arrive about mid-month so I should see my September 
issue about the 15th of August.

Meantime, lay in a stock of 1 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe (8 inches) , two 
end caps and a stock of 3/4 inch copper water pipe (4 1/2 inches) and 
double check that your soldering iron still gets hot.
