Hi,

I recovered from a dumpster a co-netic alloy magnetically shielded box.  It 
was made to transport magnetic computer or instrumentation tapes while 
shielding them from stray magnetic fields.  Its inside dimensions are 12 in 
x 12 in x 8 in.

This can be used to test small ferrite loopstick antennas.  By putting the 
antenna in this box it will see no signal so you can observe its lower 
noise floor.

LFers should keep their eyes open for opportunities such as 
this.  Opportunity knocks in strange ways.
