I would suggest that
a) you subscribe to our dedicated LF reflector (tacos is the
general amrad stuff, while lf is the lf reflector)

you need register yourself.

b) you look into the TenTec receiver that Frank Gentges
K0BRA has successfully modified to go down to 17 KHz.
