[Lf] Re: Spectran beta 4 is released

When you get a new telescope the sky is cloudy for days on end.  When a
new version of Spectran comes out, the thunderstorms come rolling in.  A
quick look is pretty exciting even without more realistic signals.  This
thing is looking really nice.  It found my mixer settings with the new
tool.

Congratulations to Alberto and Vittorio on this release.
