FYI LFers:

I drove down US Route 15 yesterday past Gettysburg, Pennsylvannia.   The 
GWEN tower is no more.

It will be interesting to see how many of those old systems get converted 
to DGPS stations by the US Coast Guard.   With the old site being near the 
historical Confederate War battlefield I guess there was extra pressure to 
tear it down quickly.
