[Lf] Loran-C in Maintenance Window?

Greetings All:

I have been watching 136.745 kHz this morning and I thought I had an RX that
was wandering around level wise then I noticed that the Loran_C garbage was
going OFF and ON.  I did see an announcement of some sort go by a while back
but did not make note of it.

There would be considerable value in calibrating the different Loran_C
stations as the signals do change over the day somewhat and this would help
in finding those weak signals we are all looking for.  Is there anyway to
find out which stations are going OFF and ON?  and is there any chance at
all this could be done in the evening just once so calibrations could be
undertaken under night time conditions?

I have a .JPG of when the system kicked ON and it is a sweeping indictment
of the garbage level this system causes to the radio spectrum.

Any input would be appreciated.
