You jumped into an ongoing discussion.
73.6 is CFH Halifax. 133.15 was CFH but in 1998 VDD also in NS was also
registered for the same freq and their bearing differ by 1 degree here so I
cannot resolve the current user. 135.95 is NPG Dixon, CA. Concerning the
shift, there is an ongoing disagreement. I measure the shift on 73.6 and
133.15 as NATO standard 85 Hz (not 75 Hz) and argue that some methods
looking at 75 Bd/85 Hz will underestimate the shift. I can generate such
in the lab and demonstrate such but it is part of an on-going disagreement.
I hope to get time to update my 'under 200 kHz list this weekend.
