I probably have a better way to measure the shift. It consist of a
modified M-8000; modified to improve measurement and narrow shift response
and connected to a voice frequency analyzer and allow me to measure the
shift to with about 2-3 Hz. Frequency (shift) is centered on 133.15 in
agreement with ITU. By the way, the shift on 73.60 and 122.5 are also 85
Hz. (Being in the clear, I have seen the broadcast on 122.5 announce the
shift as 85 Hz in agreement with my measurement though it once used a wider
shift.) The only ones using 75 Hz shift are the Russians on 18.1, 21.1,
etc. (Also, 85 Hz is a standard NATO shift while 75 Hz is not but I am
relying on measurements using calibrated equipment for my measurements.)
If you or anyone in Canada has DF capability, they might be able to resolve
if 133.15 is now VDD rather than CFH as it was some years ago.
