[Lf] 133.15 CFH (Halifax, NS) or VDD (Debert, NS)

Both are registered with the ITU as using 133.15 with 25 kw.  The VDD
listing appeared in 1998.  However the frequency was used by CFH prior to
that.  The mode  has always been 85 Hz (precise measurement) FSK often
characteristic of Canadian LF.  The difference in bearing between CFH and
VDD is 1 degree at my location as CFH and VDD are realtively near each
other.  The current user weather CFH or VDD cannot be resolved from here.
