It is the USN (in agrreement with ITU files) that tells me 133.15 is CFH. they
have used that frequency for many years, always with 85 Hz shift which is
almost soley used by Canadians when used of LF,. 137.0 used to use the same
mode. I will take new bearing measurements in a day or two to see if anything
seems different. 137.0 always ran less power than 133.15 that might account
for seemingly different fade.
Although Debert is also registered with the same freq, I do not know if they
have ever used it but propigation would not be different for it. Also, it is
definitely not Vancouver.
