[Lf] /6 low power

Per Sandy's recommendation I set the beacon to low power last night (Saturday).
Although I found it drawing around 5 amps, after resetting to low power it
draws now around 4 amps.  Let me know if it sounds raspy in which 
case I'll shut it down.   

I am wondering if some automatic tuning technique
is becoming inevitable now that we are increasing the Q with 
a ground screen. This problem will increase when we increase
the ground screen area or add radiating elements and it 
becomes more sensitive to ground freezing, ice or perhaps 
(even) clouds passing
overhead?.  :)
