[Lf] wind damage at wa2xtf/6/ No! Its back up!!

I ran /6 transmitter through some tests and it seems to work fine now.   So,

its back on the air on 136.75.  I readjusted the format a little:  first,
the usual message
lasting about 1.3 min followed 3 seconds later by a 15 second dash and a 30
second
silent period.   Good listening!
