Gentlemen and fellow LFers:
I stopped by the Jockeys' Ridge Sand Dune weather station today (3:30pm) after a stopever in Manteo for the local brew (Weeping Radish). The highest wind recorded in the past 24 hours was 51.8mph. Air temperature at the time was 0 degrees C.
To our European counterparts - thank you for the valuable assistance during this past LF holiday. I learned a lot. The entire AMRAD LF team will have valuable feedback for you which perhaps leads to future transatlantic LF QSOs's. Let us hope.
