Yes you are correct.
from time to time, we modify the keying sequence to keep our listeners on their
toes...  :-)
furthermore, in a few days, we will modify the operation of  /12: it will use 4
seconds long dots and will FSK from 136.744 to 136.747 very three  minutes or so
(still working on the mod, even as we speak)
