Matches with ITU record.

Matches with current 85 Hz shift measurements here which also measure
100 Bd data rate.

ITU says 106.0.  Assuming this to be meters, that would be about 348
ft.

For those interested, I will upload a description of the USN VLF antenna
site at Cutler, ME (NAA now on 24.0 kHz).   As it has a diagram, it is a
binary file so I will put it at
