LFers,

Many of us will be at Nags head over the weekend of the Frostfest 2000 at 
Richmond.  At 12:00 EST Riley Holingsworth of the FCC will talk about his 
work on enforcment.  He has reversed an apathetic/pathetic attitude at 
the FCC that has grown up over the years.  I would like to look for flea 
market stuff and hear his talk.  We'll probably take a vehicle up.
