I use one of those.  Really hard to judge if I think it is better than
my NR-12A (I think no longer available).

I would lone the 599 except I suspect I will not be able to join you
guys and need it for alternative weekend plans here.  I do have an NR-10
that I can loan if someone going down 95 through Fredericksburg wants to
borrow it (it can be an extended loan as it is currently not in use).
