Boy, if you can make it that would be good news.  Bring your loop if you 
can.  I would like to try it again with a tuned preamp to reject Loran-C.
It may throw a null at England but still a super bet for LOWFers.

I got a 2500 watt generator since last year and have visions of taking it 
down.  I need to add a good filter to clean up any noise.  Glenn has a 
low noise inverter.  However, inverter setups seem to be really sensitive 
to setup details to be quiet.  My last effort was a disaster.  If Glenn's 
was put into same setup it might be noisy too.

As capacitance is added to the 110 volt lines the switching transients 
get worse, much worse to more than overcome the attenuation the filter 
capacitance might help with.  The DC line cannot tolerate inductance in a 
filter as the switching surge sags the instantaneous voltage and the 
inverter craps out.  Leads around the vehicle conduct the noise and 
radiate it till it is a deafening roar of interference and LF DXing is 
hopeless.  A couple of weeks in a screen room...... but YMMV.  Best bet 
is inverter and batteries in a metal box.  Richard O'Neill did that last 
year in his station wagon.  I will try to bring a 24volt 40 AH Nicad battery.

I think I saw a message from you about the time reference  on these 
charts.  I am going over them and it looks like the signal dies at 11:05 
each day.  That is 1105 Hrs in some time zone.  What is it?
