WSC is dead and did not use that freq in at least 20 years.  It is CFH per
DF.  Also, the Canadian LF stations can be recognized by their 85 Hz
FSK shift--although that may be hard for some software to see due to the
75 Bd rate.

The only US commercial coastal station I have seen in the band was WCC
on 147.5 kHz some 20 years ago.
