I'm sure you're right about it probably being military. I looked back at some of my logs for this past summer and had the typical non-printing FSK 75BPS with a 75 Hz shift on 137.00
kHz. Log entry reads: "137.00 FSK Mil-Scram (13.3 ms. 75 Hz)"
