Hi,

I think David is right.  The 24.8 is still there but also the 25.2 is
there at 10:30 in the morning.  Somebody new is on or a QSY.  Maybe a Y2K
excercise.  TACAMOs typically are only on for 30 minutes and operate in
the area above 24 kHz.  With all that wire out they are pretty strong.
