The web site page at <http://www.micrometals.com/materialchart.html> 
specifically mentions "Carbonyl C" which is what my can of powder says it 
is.  A phone call to Micrometals may reveal if raw powder is available 
from them for building large rods.  If explained that way they may see 
the value as they will probably not want to build the rods themselves.
