[CRAPRS] K0HAM-10

I noticed yesterday that K0HAM-10 was missing from my map so I loaded up 
a spare radio, power supply and TNC and made a trip over there today.  
It tuns out it was another bad TNC.  I now have two with bad Z80 chips 
and one that fails at about +10°F.  I have not done any trouble shooting 
on the cold fail one as I still have two more working ones in reserve.
