Subject: [Ares] APRSIS32 Map Files

In preparation for the upcoming marathon, I have rendered and downloaded the latest map files for Linn County that can be used in APRSIS32. Since doing a large area like this can create a high load on OpenStreetMap's servers, I compressed the files so anyone that wants a copy can update their files without having to go through the rendering process. You can download the file here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fq4re1y8xtn6iti/OSMTiles.zip Be advised, this is a 77MB file so it may take awhile to download.

For those of you that use APRSIS32 to monitor weather alerts, the NWS published a new set of shapefiles that went active on Tuesday. You can find links for those files at http://www.aprs-is.net/wx/

If you don't want to download the files and will be at the ARES meeting tonight or CVARC meeting next week, bring a flash drive and I'll put them on there for you.
