[CRAPRS] Firenet.us status

[David Peterson]

Firenet.us went back "on-the-air" yesterday.

There have been reports that not everything is working 100% yet but the
server at least has an APRS-IS feed and some of the additional weather
stations you don't get on the other Tier2 servers.
