[CRAPRS] Not an I-gate.....

We actually do not need an I-gate in the shack. What we needed was a
working tracking program (I am fond of aprsis32 for this) where we could
monitor RF APRS packets directly. We had two problems with this at Witch
Watch. First, I had problems getting the pc working with the radio. I was
eventually able to see RF stations, but could not send messages.
The second problem was the proximity of the digi time receive antenna. I
had massive bleed through from 600 kHz away. My recommendation was to move
the digi to the middle of 106 to eliminate (or at least reduce) the
problem. Wx was mentioned in passing since the Collins Wx station is
nearby. But we do not need it to gate from there, just digipeat. My gateway
is just 2 miles south and should gate anything W0cxx repeats.
Sorry for any odd typos. In Indiana, dad just got home from hospital.
