[CRAPRS] W0CXX-5 off-air notice

Greetings,

I want to advise everyone that the W0CXX-5 digipeater will be off-the-air
for at least 2 days, beginning either tonight or early tomorrow morning.

The NCS in support of RAGBRAI operations will be in the Rockwell Collins
112 shack (which houses the W0CXX-5 digipeater) and they require all of
their available outdoor VHF and UHF antennas so they need to take it
off-the-air.  I don't foresee this being a major impact but if you happen
to notice you're not hearing or hitting W0CXX-5, that is why.

It should be put back on the air soon after RAGBRAI leaves town but there
is no set date/time of that happening, that I know of.
