[CRAPRS] Firenet.us status

[David Peterson]

Saw this on the APRSIS32 E-mail reflector this morning, figured I would
pass it along in case anyone else uses the server on a regular basis.  The
firenet.us server is back up now but don't be surprised by other short
outages from time to time.
