[CRAPRS] APRS activity

One other gentile note of a reminder, the RF.org mailing list info page is 
out of date.  and I think it's Certificate is having problems.
<https://rf.org/mailman/listinfo> does not list CRAPRS list, or the 
farmnet, or many other lists. 

Almost nobody may know about this only because unless you have the exact 
http reference page, you don't even know the list exists.

I noticed this because I tried to sign up for farmnet list and heard a 
deafening silence. (Greg is twisting my arm to hook up a HSMM within sight 
of the farm for some level of connectivity)

but has fallen into disuse.
Maybe someone has a good idea on how to generate some activity
and post it here.
